How Veyra works

Veyra is a quote request marketplace, not instant booking. Owners and providers review every request and send custom quotes. Veyra does not own or rent the vehicles.

For renters

Create an account
Sign up as a renter to begin exploring the collection.

Verify your identity
A one time check via Stripe Identity: your unexpired driver's license and a quick selfie. Takes about 2 minutes and is required before your first quote request.

Browse vehicles
Explore curated luxury vehicles available across Miami and South Florida.

Request a Quote
Share your dates and details. This is a request, not a confirmed booking.

Owner reviews & quotes
The owner or provider reviews your request and sends a custom quote.

Accept or decline
The decision is yours. Accept the quote you like, or decline.

Sign, pay, and pick up
Sign the rental agreement for that trip and pay. Your card stays on file, and a short hold is placed on it 1 to 2 days before pickup. Photograph the vehicle with the owner at handover.

Complete
If nothing is reported within 48 hours, the hold is released, usually within about 3 days. If there is damage, the claims process begins.

Every renter on Veyra carries a tier. It is a picture of how far your account is verified and what you have done here, and owners use it when they decide who to hand their keys to. You earn it. It is never bought.

A preference, not a wall

A vehicle shows the tier its owner prefers. It is a preference, not a lock. Once your account is verified you can request any vehicle on Veyra, whatever tier you hold, and a higher tier simply means more owners are likely to say yes. Every booking is approved by the owner or provider, at every tier.

How you move up

Verify first: identity, contact, a payment method, and your driver's licence. That is Silver, and it is all you need to start requesting. Gold follows when your licence is fully verified and you have completed your first ride. Diamond comes with three or more completed rides and no damage claims against you. Rides you have already taken count toward both.

Veyra does not pull driving records, motor vehicle records or background checks, and no tier depends on any of them. Tiers are built from verification and from what happens on this platform.
